I am a Victorian Soul, live in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion, with my Hubby Joe, who is a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am LOVING Retirement!!!!

I DABBLE IN A BIT OF THIS AND THAT!!!!

Ann Marie's Home Christmas 2010

I am so busy trying to take down Christmas this week and did I tell you that my youngest son is moving from an apartment to a townhouse this week too? It is in the same Apartment Complex but I do wish they could have waited until Spring as we are supposed to get 3-5 inches of snow on the day they are moving!! Yikes!!!

So I need to take a break from posting since my house is in a state of disaster so I thought I would do a "Guest Post" so to speak!

This past weekend we visited with our good friends, Tony and Anne Marie. I have mentioned Anne Marie several times on my blog. We met them at the Hockey games that we have season tickets for and soon we discovered that Anne Marie and I have very similar tastes. Anne Marie and Tony then joined the Victorian group that Joe and I belong to and a wonderful friendship was born!

Anne Marie

I thought you would enjoy seeing their beautiful home decorated for Christmas.

It is a home that was completely remodeled by Tony and Anne Marie's Father.

This is what you see after you enter thru the front door.......

Be sure to notice the paint treatment on the walls....yes, that is painted stripes in pink and not wall paper!!
This is at the end of the hallway.....

Aren't they cute???
