I am a Victorian Soul, live in a small townhouse that was built in the mid 1970's, not a huge Mega Mansion, with my Hubby Joe, who is a Retired Letter Carrier. I worked night shift as an RN on a Hospital based Rehabilitation( Physical Medicine) Unit for 37 years before I had Knee Replacement Surgery and officially Retired in 2019 after 41 years working in Direct Patient Care ... I am LOVING Retirement!!!!

Easter Tree in the Living Room, 2016

First, I want to Thank Kathy, over at Life on Lakeshore Drive, for featuring my post, St. Patrick's Day China Cupboard, from last week's Bouquet of Talent party!!

It has been 3 years since I decorated for Easter because of other commitments that I had made.

When I moved all of my Easter decorations down from the attic, needless to say, I was a bit overwhelmed!!!

I started with my Living Room Easter Tree.......

You have seen how I decorated this 6 foot white Tree before......

First for the summer patriotic holidays........

And for Christmas in the Guest Room.......

This Tree stays up year round, being decorated for various Holidays and Seasons.

I definitely got my $10.00 worth ( what it cost on Clearance) out of this Tree.........

To make it into an Easter Tree, I started with 4 sets of Egg Lights.........

For the topper, I tucked some flowers, Easter grass branches and an Egg pick into the top of the Tree......

I then added 3 more egg picks.......

I made a bow out of 2 different types of ribbon...........

Aqua and purple deco mesh ribbon........

And a pretty egg ribbon........

This all became the Topper for my Easter Tree......

Next, I added 2 different types of Egg Garland.......

You can also see the Egg Lights on the Tree........

Then I decorated the Tree with a lot of Easter Ornaments..........

Let's take a closer look starting at the top of the Tree..........

There are streamers made from the aqua and purple deco mesh ribbon.........

I just let them curl up how they wanted to!!!!

I am very happy with how this Easter Tree came out!!

I have been showing you my Easter Tree with the lights on.

This is what it looks like without the lights.......

Very colorful!!

But I really like it all lit up!!!!!!

I am not finished decorating the Living Room yet so I just put a few things around the base of the Tree for the sake of picture taking........
